Ashley Marie Haynes Causey, age 31 of Beech Bottom Road, Cutshin, Ky, passed away on July 12, 2014 at the Mary Breckinridge A. R. H.. She was born July 27, 1982 in Daytona, FL to the union of Harold Lynn Haynes and Patricia Lemonss Hinton. She enjoyed spending time with her family and being a mother. She was united in marriage to her husband, Jack Causey on November 03, 2000 in Edgewater, FL. She is survived by her loving husband, Jack Causey of Cutshin, KY; Her father: Harold Lynn Haynes and Janice of Wooton, KY; her mother: Patricia Lemonss Hinton of Edgewater, FL; two beloved sons: Arlo Jackson Causey and Quinton Colley Causey; two cherished daughters: Kateline Carol Causey and Heather Lynn Causey; two sisters: Christine Locklear & Paul , and Melissa Haynes of Campbellsville, KY; A host of other family and friends also survive; A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. - Wednesday, July 16, 2014 in the chapel of the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Wolfe officiating.
