Bert Howard

Bert Howard was born on September 30th, 1911 in Leslie County, Kentucky, the son Henry and Polly Mosley Howard. He was united in marriage to Jettie Sizemore who preceded him in death on April 18, 1963. He is survived by two sons, Harold David and wife Brenda of Tennessee and James Edward and wife Barbara Jean of Berea, Kentucky, seven daughters, Audrey Caudill and husband Dale of Stinnett, Kentucky, Lona Napier and husband Willie of Essie, Kentucky, Reva Morgan and husband Ronald of Corbin, Kentucky, Geneva Blanton and husband Marsh of Berea, Kentucky, Mary Helen Brock and husband Russell of Asher, Kentucky, Roberta Howard of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Christine Sizemore and husband Dale of Romeoville, Illinois, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. He was a retired postmaster and grocery store operator in Asher, Kentucky and was affiliated with the Pentecostal faith. Bert Howard departed this life on Friday, July 15th, 2011 being 99 years, 9 months and 15 days of age.
