Brian Kevin Barrett

Brian Kevin Barrett, born July 30, 1976 in Leslie County. He is the son of Linda Barrett Lewis and John I. Sizemore. He departed this life on Sunday, July 15, 2012 in Warbranch, KY at the age of 35 years - 11 months - 15 days. By occupation Kevin was a former coal miner. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. Mr. Brian Kevin Barrett leaves the following surviving: His Father: John I. Sizemore; His step-father: George Hensley of Manchester, KY; Mother: Linda Lewis of Barbourville, KY; Grandfather and Grandmother: Caleb and Daphine Barrett of Essie, KY; 6 sons: Kyle, Auston, Jason, Dustin, Joshua Scott and Waylon; 4 daughters: Chelsie, Kyra, Shay and Hailey; 6 brothers: Jeremy, Phillip, John Anthony, Joel, Dustin and Charlie; 2 sisters: Nichole and Leah; 1 grandchild: Nevaeh; A host of other family and friends also survive his passing. Funeral services for Mr. Brian Kevin Barrett will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 19, 2012 from the chapel of the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home in Hyden, KY with Carl Brown and Roger Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowen's Creek Cemetery at Essie, KY. Friends may call for visitation from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. - Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the funeral home chapel. The family entrusted Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home to carefully handle the arrangements.
