Interment: Hoskins Cemetery – Helton, KY

Mr. Bulis "Bull" Caldwell, 61, of Helton, KY departed this walk of life on Monday, September 02, 2019 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Medical Center.  Bulis was born June 11, 1958 in Leslie County to the union of the late Bulis Caldwell, Sr. and the late Lola Mae Hoskins Caldwell.  Bulis was a life-long resident of Helton, KY and by occupation he was a carpenter.  Bulis enjoyed gardening, Bees, horses and tending to his farm animals.  Above all, Bulis’ greatest joy came from sitting on his front porch.

In addition to his parents, Bulis was preceded in death by his siblings, Cornelius Caldwell and Debra Brock;

Survivors include, his beloved life-long companion, Ruby Mae Hoskins of Helton, KY; two sons, Travis Hoskins of Thornhill, KY, and Tyrone Caldwell (Patty) of Helton, KY;  one daughter, Crystal Napier (WOB) of Helton, KY;  his siblings, Walt Caldwell of Siler, KY, LeRoy Caldwell of Siler, KY, Leslie Manes, Carrie Caldwell, and Sarah Caldwell, all of Tazwell, TN;  three cherished grandchildren, Zachary Boone Hoskins, Zoey Elaine Hoskins, and Derek Kendall Caldwell.
