Clara Bradley, age 84 of Dry Hill Road, Hyden, Kentucky passed away peacefully at her residence Tuesday morning. She is the daughter of the late Arthur and Sally Ann Howard Lewis, born in Leslie County, Kentucky on May 29, 1933. She was a cook and house cleaner. Clara enjoyed gardening, working with flowers, puzzles , feeding the birds, wrestling, board games and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by nine siblings, Ed Lewis, Janie Vaughn, Nettie Ellis, Fronia Fender, Oda Cawood, Elvalee McLean, Bill Lewis, Charles Lewis and Lige Lewis. Survivors include one son, Everett Bradley (Tonda) of Wooton, Kentucky, two daughters Mary B. Bradley of Hyden, Kentucky, and Elizabeth Osborne (James) of Clay County, Kentucky. Four grandchildren, one step grandchild and three great grandchildren. Those being Clara Smith (Todd), Rosa Asher (Ricky). Charles Bradley, Raylee Bradley, Jon Pennington, Hannah Asher, Dillion Asher, and Arryella Smith. Also a very special friend Sarah Nance Osborne.
Funeral services for Clara Bradley will be conducted Sunday February 11, 2018 in the chapel of the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home with Jamie Roberts, and Tommy Fields officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m.
All the services are carefully being handled by the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home.
