Visitation: 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. – Tuesday at the church

C lemmie Lewis of Smilax, Kentucky was born March 09, 1972 in Leslie County, KY to the union of Ralph and Judy Callahan Lewis.  He departed this life on April 08, 2018 at the Mary Breckinridge A.R.H. at the age of 46.  Clemmie had been a life-long resident of Leslie County.

He was preceded in death by Mary Ann Lewis and Corey Ann Lewis.

Survivors include, his beloved parents, Ralph & Judy Lewis, both of Smilax, KY;  Two beloved friends whom felt like sisters, Serina Eversole and Gracie Rose Fouts.
