Della Rose Barrett, born March 11, 1964 in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of Elmer Barrett and Fern Collett Hall. She departed this life on June 01, 2010 at her residence. She was 46 years, 2 months and 21 days of age. She was residing at 25 Pine Hill Lane at the time of her death. She was a life long resident of Leslie County and was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, cooking and was a avid UK basket ball fan. She is preceded in death by: one brother: Michael Barrett and step father: Palmer Hall. Della Rose leaves the following relatives surviving: Her Father: Elmer Barrett of Barbourville, KY; Her mother: Fern Hall of Roark, KY; One Son: Charles Joshua Simpson of Harlan, KY; One Daughter: Jessica Rose Simpson of Pennsylvania; Four Brothers: Vernon Barrett, Donnie Wayne Barrett and David W. Barrett all of Roark, KY and Robert James Barrett of Stinnett, KY; Five Sisters: Deanna Asher of Hoskinston, KY; Teresa Smith of Corbin, KY; Sheila Nolan of Warbranch, KY; Shelly Ryan and Paulette Barrett both of Knoxville, TN. Eight Nephews, Eight Nieces, One Great Nephew and a host of many other relatives and friends also survive.
