Donna Gail Lewis

Donna Gail Lewis, born September 11, 1977, to the union of Brenda Howard Cumbo and the late Donnie Lewis.  She had been a life-long resident of Leslie County.  By occupation, she was a former call center supervisor.  She loved the outdoors and enjoyed flowers, and four-wheeler riding.  Shen enjoyed music and above all, spending time with her family and friends.

Donna departed this walk of life on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the Mary Breckinridge A.R.H. Hospital at the age of 44.

In addition to her father, Donna was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Derek Farmer.

Donna leaves surviving, her loving and devoted companion of over 22 years, Greg Farmer of Stinnett, KY; her loving mother, Brenda Howard Cumbo of Hyden, KY; one cherished son, Tyson Jayce “T.J.” Farmer of Stinnett, KY; three beloved brothers, Dean Wilkerson of Hyden, KY, William Cody Cumbo of Hyden, KY and Tony Collett of Stinnett, KY; one beloved sister, Carol Lewis of Hyden, KY; her treasured nephew, Cooper Zayne Simpson and a beloved fur baby, Mindy Lou.  A host of other friends also survive.

The Lewis family will receive friends for a memorial visitation from 5p.m. until 7p.m. – Tuesday evening at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
