Elizabeth Feltner

July 26, 1943 — July 22, 2017

Elizabeth Feltner, age 73 loving and devoted wife of Wade Feltner of Hyden, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Saturday July 22,2017 at the Hazard A.R.H. Medical Center.
She is the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret Cornett Caldwell born in Perry County, Kentucky. Elizabeth was a house wife, she enjoyed painting, volunteering at the gift shop at Mary Breckinridge Hospital, reading, cooking and being active in the community.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Tommy Caldwell and Jerry Caldwell, one sister Mary Ann Feltner and brother-in-law Herman Feltner. Survivors include her devoted husband Wade Feltner, of Hyden, Kentucky; one son Anthony Phipps and wife Wendy, of Indiana two step daughters Valerie Lussier (Henry) of Michigan and Melissa Feltner. Two sisters Ruby Carney of London, Kentucky, and Gail Sizemore of Corbin, Kentucky. Two grandsons Dustin and Bryce.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home Chapel, with Keith Bowling and Donnie Melton officiating. Burial will follow in the Shiloh Feltner Cemetery at Hyden, Kentucky The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. In lieu of flowers the family has ask that donations be made to the Leslie County Food Bank.
