Ella Napier

Ella Napier, born June 02, 1910 in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of Carr Sizemore and Sarah Jane Woods. She passed away Saturday, May 22, 2010 at the Mary Brekinridge Hospital in Hyden, KY. She was 99 years, 11months and 20 days of age. She was residing at 15 Pearl Drive, Hyden, Kentucky at the time of her death. She was a life long resident of Leslie County and was a member of the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church. She was a homemaker and former employee of the Frontier Nursing Service. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; Her husband: Pearl Napier; One son: Clayton Napier; Two Brothers: Lawrence and Gillie Sizemore and two sisters: Ophia Collins and Georgia Couch. Ella leaves the following relatives surviving: Five Sons: Otis Napier & Sylvia; Roy Napier & Charlene; Daniel Napier & Juanita; Pearl Wayne Napier & Sharon all of Hyden, KY; Lonnie Napier & Bertha of Dayton, OH. One daughter: Camsie Napier Couch of Hyden, KY. Fourteen grandchildren: Roy Napier, Randall Napier, Lisa Roberts, Debra Wells, Nichole Napier, Michelle Collett, Daniel Wayne Napier, Cathy Panstingel, Cheryl Napier, Dale Napier, Shasta Osborne, Shannon Napier, Louise Dent and Rodney Davidson. Thirty great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends also survive her passing.
