Elmer Glen "Wobco" Napier

Elmer Glen "Wabco" Napier age 57, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at the Harlan A.R.H Medical Center, Harlan, Kentucky. He is the son of the late Herbert and Lucy Brock Napier. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, hunting woodwork, and working in the log woods. He didn't like to stay idol for a long period of time, he had to stay busy. Above all, he treasured the time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Paula Saylor Napier, one brother Harold G. Napier, sisters Marilyn Mills, Carolyn Howard and Wanda Smith.

Elmer is survived by his companion Lesa Napier, one son Glen W. Napier and wife Crystal of Helton, Kentucky, one daughter Marlena Wilson and Pooh, of Hyden, Kentucky. Also two brothers Herbert Napier and wife Sue of Helton, Kentucky and Rick Napier and wife, Glady of Helton, KY;  Two sisters Pat Napier of Bledsoe, Kentucky and Phyllis Collett of London, Kentucky.  Two grandchildren Jaycee and Kenzlee along with a host of nieces and nephews and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Dry Fork Holiness Church at Helton, Kentucky with Cammie Bo Caldwell and Denver Brock officiating.  Burial will follow in the Napier Cemetery at Bledsoe, Kentucky with friends and family serving as pallbearers.. Visitation will be held  after 12 noon on Saturday until the funeral hour on Sunday at the church.  The family has entrusted Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home to carefully handle all the arrangements.
