Herbert Harold Napier

Herbert Harold Napier, age 26 of Helton, Kentucky passed away at the Hazard ARH Medical Center after a long illness. He was son of Harold Napier and Brenda Carol Ritchie. Herbert was born February 16, 1988 in Harlan, Kentucky. Herbert enjoyed playing video games, watching T.V., being involved in the lives of his nieces and nephews, and taking care of his dad. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Herbert Napier; special cousin, Brandon Nantz ; aunt, Wanda Smith; uncle, David Lee Little. Survivors include: his father, Harold Napier of Morristown, Tn., his mother, Brenda Carol Ritchie of Helton, Ky.; two sisters, Melissa Cooper (Gary) of Morristown, Tn., and Chassy Colwell (John) of Morristown, Tn.; aunts, Joann Nantz (Roscoe) of Helton, Ky., Pat Napier of Bledsoe, Ky., Phyllis Collett of London, Ky., Marilyn Mills (Glen) of Hyden, Ky., and Carolyn Howard (Eugene "Blue") of Mozelle, Ky.; special cousin, Shannon Nantz (Francy) of Asher, Ky.; uncles: Junior Sandlin (Robin) of Whitesburg, Ky., Eddie Little of Kettle Island, Ky., Harold Ritchie of Bledsoe, Ky., Glen Napier (Lisa) of Helton, Ky., Herbert Napier (Sue) of Helton, Ky., Ricky Napier (Glady) of Helton, Ky. and John Ritchie of Bledsoe, Ky. A host of special nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Marlin Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow in the Napier Cemetery at Helton, Kentucky. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday from 12 noon until the funeral hour. The family trusted Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home to handle all the arrangements.
