Jack Causey

Jack Causey, age 38 of Beech Bottom Rd. Yeaddiss, Kentucky, passed away Sunday at the Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee. He was born May 21, 1978 the son of Harold and Janice Causey in Leslie County, Kentucky. He leaves surviving, his parents, Harold and Janice Causey of Wooton, Kentucky; four children, Arlo Jackson Causey, Quenton Cooley Causey, Kaitlyn Carol Causey, and Heather Lynn Causey all of Yeaddiss, Kentucky; one brother, Justin Causey and wife, Billie of Wooton, Kentucky and half brother, James Ivan Causey of Wooton, Kentucky; grandmother, Edith Causey of Yeaddiss, Kentucky; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends also survive.

Jacks was preceded in death by his wife, Ashley Marie Causey, paternal grandfather, James Causey, maternal grandparents, James and Lorrette Dean.

Memorial services will be conducted on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Wolfe And Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Little officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 12 noon until the funeral hour.
