Joyce Day

Ms. Joyce Evelyn Day, born January 05, 1947 in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of the late James and Ollie Baker Clark. She departed this life on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Hazard Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. She was 64 years, 09 months and 21 days of age and was residing at 56 Smith Camp Road, Wooton, KY at the time of her passing. She was a life long resident of Leslie County and was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax, KY. Joyce enjoyed going to church, playing BINGO, her dog: Katie and spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Chrisley Day, two brothers: James Paul and Donald "Chig" Clark and one sister: Joann Hudson. Ms. Joyce Day leaves the following relatives surviving: One son: Jeff Day & Lucille of Wooton, KY, two daughters: Kathy Gibson & Stanley and Amy Day & Tim both of Wooton, KY. One brother: Jerry Clark & Donna of London, KY, one sister: Jacqueline Craddock of Louisville, KY. Five grandchildren: Samantha, Allyson, Christopher, Kristin and Ashley. Two great grandchildren: Trenton & Jayden. Special friend: Jeweldean Fouts of Smilax, KY and her special pet companion: Katie. A host of other relatives and friends also survive.
