Kaliana Jaden Lynn Conrad

Kaliana Jaden Lynn Conrad, infant daughter of Dylan and Francesca Conrad departed this life on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Samuel E. Conrad and maternal grandfather, Steven Gilbert.

In addition to her parents, Kaliana leaves behind her paternal grandmother, Brenda S. Owens; maternal grandmother, Melissa Bosley and Rob; sister, Samara Conrad; uncles, Daniel Conrad, Brandon Gilbert and Scott Owens; two aunts, Aleesha Deusenberry and Ashley Caseman; a host of other family also survives.

There a visitation for family and close friends from 11AM until 2PM Saturday at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with a prayer to follow. Burial will follow at the Slusher Cemetery at Hyden, Kentucky.

Arrangements are being handled by Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
