Kenneth "Bull" Griffitts Jr

Kenneth "Bull" Griffitts, Jr., of Manchester, KY., passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the McDowell ARH Hospital in McDowell, KY. at the age of 49. Kenneth was born at Beverly, KY., on August 25, 1968, to the union of the late Kenneth Griffitts & the late Dorothy Lawson Griffitts. He had been a life-long resident of Clay County and by occupation he specialized in moving heavy equipment. He was a member of the Flat Creek Church of Brethren. Kenneth enjoyed car restoration & mechanic work. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by a son, Tyler Griffitts, and sisters, Betty Wilson & Shauna Brock.

Kenneth leaves surviving, his loving & devoted wife, Tonya Collett Griffitts of Manchester, KY; three sons, Norman Lee Griffitts of London, KY., Curtis E. Griffitts, and John Griffitts, both of Manchester, KY; three daughters, Mary Wagers, Kaitlyn Griffitts, and McKenzie Griffitts, all of Manchester, KY; two brothers, Curtis Ray Griffitts & Michelle of Big Creek, KY and James Griffitts, Mozelle, KY; one sister, Jennifer Short & Shannon of Big Creek, KY; two step-sons, Dakota McCoy & Christian Estep; one granddaughter and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday at the Big Creek Holiness Church with Sill Lee and Ralph Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Ledford Cemetery at Peabody, Kentucky. The family will receive friends after 5:00 P.M., Saturday evening at the church.

Arrangements are being handled under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home .
