Kermit Jones

Mr. Kermit Jones, Born January 27, 1942 in Leslie County, KY to the union of the late Willie Jones and Lucy Osborne Jones. He departed this life on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center. He was 68 Years of age and was residing at 1339 Osborne Fork Road at the time of his passing. He was a life long resident of Leslie County and By occupation was a Coal Miner and Mail Carrier. He enjoyed hunting and mechanic work. He is preceded in death by his father, One brother: Roy Jones. Kermit leaves the following surviving: His loving mother: Lucy Jones of Hyden, KY, two sons: Keith Jones and Melissa of Georgetown, KY and Chris Jones of Hyden, KY. One daughter: Jessica Eversole and Bill of Bonnyman, KY. Four brothers: Paul Jones (Anna Carol) of Hyden, KY, Kenneth Jones of Hyden, KY, Sherman Jones (Sallie Faye) of Somerset, KY and Felix Jones (Leona) of Berea, KY. Five sisters: Bessie Collins (Robert) of Hyden, KY, Christine Gregory (James) of London, KY, Brenda Jones of Hyden, KY, Molly Holland (Homer), Clara Chandler (Abner Red) of Hyden, KY and Shelia Day (James) of Cutshin, KY. Nine Grandchildren: Ashley & Emily Jones, Kaitlyn Dowd, Bryce & Haley Lawson, Halie Brashear, Austin Jones, Halie & Austin Eversole. A host of many other relatives and friends also survive
