Kindra's was a former Factory worker, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life. - As a child, she enjoyed climbing trees, immersing herself in nature's embrace, feeling the wind in her hair as she rode with the windows down, and finding solace in the great outdoors through camping adventures.
One could never overlook Kindra's vibrant personality; she possessed a great sense of humor that could light up any room and a heart of pure gold that radiated warmth to all those around her. Her giving nature and kindness touched the lives of many throughout her time on this earth.
Among her cherished hobbies and interests were her love for music that lifted her spirits, singing that allowed her soul to soar, and swimming which brought her peace. Above all, Kindra was known for her profound love for animals - a true testament to her compassionate soul.
She was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents that loved her and raised her as their own Betty Caldwell Masters & Clayton Masters, and a beloved uncle Tinsley Maggard.
She is survived by her son Taylen Cox of Richmond, KY; husband Andre Cox of Hyden, KY; parents Timothy Maggard and Yurhonda Lewis of London, KY; brothers Christopher Bige Maggard of Berea, KY and Tyler Caldwell of Dry Ridge, KY; sisters Destiny Darnell Maggard of Red Bird, KY, Megan Hill of London, KY, and Jessica Caldwell of London, KY; special uncle James Maggard (Tina) of Richmond, KY; aunt Stacy Maggard of Hyden, KY, special cousins Kayla Bowman of Lancaster, KY, Ceara Maggard of Hyden, KY, James Corey Maggard of East Bernstadt, KY, Micah David Maggard of Richmond, KY Cameron Maggard of Hyden, KY and Alex Huff Pittsburg, KY. Alongside a host of other beloved family members and friends also mourn her passing.
The funeral service will be held at 12 noon Sunday, June 09, 2024 in the chapel of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Jack Short officiating.
Interment will follow the services at the Maggard Cemetery at Hyden, KY with James Maggard, Christopher Maggard, James Corey Maggard, Micah Maggard, Cameron Maggard and Alex Huff serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, June 08, 2024 at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
