She leaves surviving her loving parents: Jacob and Tonya Wagers Napier of Bledsoe, KY, Paternal grandparents: Richard & Gladdy Napier, maternal grandparents: Caleb Collett & Brenda Wagers of Roark, KY. Four Aunts: Jennifer Napier, Julie Napier, Kayla Collett and Angela Napier. One Uncle: Joey Napier. A host of cousins, other relatives and friends also survive.
