Leon W. Morgan

Mr. Leon W. Morgan, age 60 of Honey Suckle Road, Hoskinston, KY, departed this life on Tuesday, April 01, 2014 at his residence. Leon was born, November 10, 1953 in Leslie County, Kentucky, to the union of the late Henry and Eva Sizemore Morgan. Leon was a life long resident of Leslie County. He was an avid UK Wildcat fan. He enjoyed gardening, hunting dry land fish and spending time with his family. Leon is preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Eva Sizemore Morgan; One brother: Oakley Morgan. He leaves surviving, 3 - sons: Jason L. Morgan of Lexington, KY, Rufus Aaron Morgan (Kayla) of London, KY and Brandon Morgan (Danielle) of Hoskinston, KY; 1 - daughter: Christy Morgan - Lunsford (Greg) of London, KY; 3 - brothers: Murile Morgan (Elaine), Walter Morgan (Jewell), both of Hoskinston, KY and Doug Morgan (Phyllis) of Manchester, KY; 7 - sisters: Elva Morgan of Hoskinston, KY, Sarah Brock (Jr.) of Hyden, KY, Frances Gibson of Manchester, KY, Ruth Hill of Hoskinston, KY, Rebecca Hacker of Stinnett, KY, Oma Jean Hacker (Riley) Stinnett, KY and Sharon Collett of Hoskinston, KY; 5 - cherished grandchildren: Allyson, Sarah, Preston, Rylee and Gabriel; Special friend: Ronnie Folmsbee; A host of other family and friends also survive his passing. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 05, 2014 at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home chapel with James Bowling, Jr., Eugene "Friday" Roberts and Jerry Maggard officiating. Burial will follow the services at the Albert Morgan Cemetery at Hoskinston, KY. The Morgan Family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M., Friday, April 04, 2014 at the funeral home.
