Funeral: 12 Noon – Saturday at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Joe Lewis officiating.

Interment: Beech Bottom Cemetery – Yeaddiss, KY

Visitation: 6:00 – 9:00 – Friday evening at the funeral home chapel.

Lewis Clark of Wooton, Kentucky departed this walk of life on Monday, April 09, 2018 at his residence at the age of 91.  He was born in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of the late Johnny and Lucy Estep Clark.  He had been a life-long resident of Leslie County and by occupation he was a retired coal miner from Kentucky Mountain Coal.  Lewis was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed gardening.

In addition to his parents, Lewis is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Halcomb Clark; one son, Anthony Clark; two daughters, Kathy Clark Herron and Sheila Kay Clark;  two infant grandsons, Jimmy Adams and John Henry; brothers, Richard, Jay, Filmore, Hardin, and Troy;  sisters, Ida Pennington, and Janie Vernon.

Survivors include, four sons, Lewis Clark & wife, Brenda of Smilax, KY, Curt Clark & wife, Eunice of Wooton, KY, Scotty Clark & wife, Doris of Wooton, KY, and Rondal Clark & wife, Margaret of IN;  one daughter, Sue Adams & husband, Robert of Yeaddiss, KY, sixteen grandchildren, twenty three great-grandchildren, special nephews, Jimmy and Danny Clark.  A host of other relatives and friends also survive.
