Mrs. Louisa Faye Roark, born October 13, 1934 in Leslie County, KY. She passed away on Friday, March 12, 2010 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center. She was 75 years, 4 Months and 27 day of age. She was Residing at Baker Fork Road, Yeaddiss, KY at the time of her death. She was a life long resident of Leslie County and was a member of the Church of God in Christ Jesus. She enjoyed: singing, going to church, gardening, walking and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Louisa Faye Roark leaves the following relatives surviving: One son: Lorenzo Roark of Yeaddiss, KY; Three Daughters: Lucille Martin and Henry of London, KY; Mossie Smith and Ed of Hazard, KY; Vernie Roark of Hazard, KY. Three Brothers: James Williams of Harlan, KY; Paul Williams of Yeaddiss, KY and Joe Williams of Ohio. Three sisters: Cornia Whitehead of Asher, KY; Barbara Napier of Somerset, KY and Becky Shepherd of Harlan, KY. Ten grandchildren: Margaret (Michael) Scott, Elizabeth Riley, Estill (Amy) Riley, Emily (Buster) Wooton, Brandon Roark , Lewis (Angie) Roark, Tyler Roark, Henry Ricky (Kristi) Smith, Edith Faye (Johnny) Smith Mullins and Patty Lucille Smith. Nine Great grandchildren: Ricky Lee Smith, Alex John Mullins, Dawton Dwayne Scott, Jonas Matthew Scott, Ashley Raven Leighan Scott, Trista Gail Wooton, Cameron Scott Wooton, Skyler Jayden Wooton and Jaylon Lewis Cash Roark. A host of Step - grand and step great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends also survive.
