Margaret Blatt

Margaret Blatt, 69, of Wooton, KY departed this life on June 22, 2023 at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.  Margaret was born July 05, 1953 in Hyden, KY to the union of the late Joe and Sallie Lewis Williams.

Margaret was a United States Army Veteran, having served honorably from 1978 until 1982.  By occupation, Margaret worked as a self-employed plant nursery operator.  She enjoyed working with all types of plants.  Her hobbies included crafts, painting and making sun catchers and hanging baskets.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Blatt on January 27, 2023.  Three brothers, Ronnie, Jeff and Raymond Williams.  Three sisters, Helen Shepherd, Cathy Farler and Siler Williams.

Margaret leaves behind three brothers, George Williams of Bear Branch, KY, Roy Pearl Williams of Wooton, KY, and Lige Williams of Wooton, KY.  One very special nephew, Brandon Jones of Wooton, KY.

Honoring Margaret’s wishes, there will be no services held.

Arrangements are being handled carefully under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
