Marlena Simpson

Marlena Simpson, age 44, daughter of George Simpson and the late Donna Gail Howard Simpson, passed away Friday, December 16, 2022, at the Hazard ARH Medical Center.  She was affiliated with the Church of God.  She enjoyed 4-wheeling and being with family.

Marlena is survived by her father George Simpson and wife, Doris of London, Kentucky, two sons, Dylan Simpson of Dry Fork, Kentucky and Devon Simpson of Green Hill, Kentucky, and one daughter Dezirae Simpson of London, Kentucky.  Also one brother, Timothy Allen Simpson of Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home with Bro. Roscoe Asher officiating.  Burial will follow in the Howard-Asher Cemetery at Thousandsticks, Kentucky. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family entrusted Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home to carefully handle all the arrangements.
