Mary Elizabeth Sizemore, age 73 of Bearbranch, Kentucky, departed this walk of life on Friday, February 14, 2014 at the St. Joseph Hospital - London. She was born, October 31, 1940 to the union of the late Willie and Stella Isaacs Lamb. By occupation, Mary was the former Ward Clerk, employed by the Berea Hospital. Mary was united in marriage to her loving and devoted husband, Ottis Sizemore on August 02, 1997 in Berea, KY. She enjoyed going to church, reading her Bible, flowers, spending time with her family and her dog, Claudie. Mary is preceded in death by her parents: Willie & Stella Isaacs Lamb; 1 - son: Ray Sizemore; 1 - brother: Charles; 1 - sister: Faye. Mary Sizemore leaves surviving the following relatives. Her loving and devoted husband: Ottis Sizemore of Bear Branch, KY; 4 - sons: Denver Sizemore (Dee) of London, KY, Sammy Sizemore (Billie) of Bear Branch, KY, Lige Daniel Sizemore (Ann) of Bear Branch, KY and David Sizemore (Amy) of Bear Branch, KY; 1 - daughter: Kathleen Sizemore Tyree (Jim) of Berea, KY; 1 - brother: James Lamb (Shirley) of Berea, KY; 1 - sister: Alice Saylor of Berea, KY; 14 Grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a host of other cherished family and friends to survive her passing. The funeral service for Mary Elizabeth Sizemore will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at the Bob Fork Holiness Church at Bear Branch, KY with Randy Woods, John Whitehead, Jerry McKinley Holland and Jerry Holland officiating. Mary will be laid to rest in the Sizemore Cemetery (Chandler Creek) - Bear Branch, KY with the following serving as pallbearers: Ashton Tyree, Steven Sizemore, David Sizemore, Daniel Sizemore, Jim Lamb, Shawn McGuire, Brent McGuire and Wayne Stephens. The following will serve as Honorary Pallbearers: Lige D. Sizemore, Denver Sizemore, Sammy Sizemore, Jim McGuire, Bill Saylor, Paul Saylor and Rod Ledford. Mary will be taken to Crestview Holy Sanctuary in Berea, KY, where the family will receive friends for visitation after 6:00 P.M., Sunday, until 10:00 A.M. Monday morning. The family will also receive friends for visitation after 1:00 P.M., Monday until the funeral hour on Tuesday at the Bob Fork Holiness Church.
