Matthew Taylor Martin

Matthew Taylor Martin was born June 23, 2022, in Lexington, Ky to Taylore Martin and Jonathan Johnson. He passed away on Tuesday May 16, 2023, at the UK Children’s Hospital in Lexington, Ky surrounded by his loving family at the age of ten months old.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Tammy Martin, his maternal great grandparents, LC and Joyce Martin, and Richard Asher.

Survivors include his loving and devoted mother, Taylore Martin (Jonathan Johnson) of Confluence, Ky. Two loving brothers, Tony and Tommy Amos, both of Bear Branch, Ky, his maternal grandfather Charles Clayton Martin of Carrolton, Ky, his maternal great grandmother Wanda Asher of Bear Branch, Ky.   A host of aunts, uncles, other relatives also survive.

The funeral service will be held at 3p.m. - Friday, May 26, 2023 Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Woods officiating.

Interment will follow at the Asher Cemetery at Bear Branch, Kentucky

Family and friends may gather for visitation from 1p.m. until the service hour on Friday at the chapel
