Mr. Bill Lewis

William Bill Lewis, born July 15, 1944 in Leslie County, KY to the union of the late Jack and the late Bessie Kilburn Lewis. He departed this life on August 23, 2012 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center. He was 68 Years, 01 month and 08 days of age at the time of his passing. William was a life long resident and was residing at Smilax, KY. He enjoyed ginseng, fishing and spending time with family and friends. Besides his parents, Mr. Bill Lewis is preceded in death by 3 - brothers: Lincoln, Richard and Eugene Lewis; 2 - sisters: Emily Baker and Jettie Lewis. Mr. William Bill Lewis leaves the following relatives surviving: 4 brothers: Jerry Lewis and wife, Jackie of Smilax, KY, Ralph Lewis and wife, Judy of Smilax, KY, Felix Lewis and wife, Elvie of Yeaddiss, KY and Martin Lewis and wife, Katie of Cutshin, KY. Sister: Mint Gross of Hazard, KY; He also leaves behind a host of beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted for Mr. William Bill Lewis on Sunday, August 26, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. from the Cutshin Church of Christ with Tommy Lowe officiating. Burial will follow in the Beech Bottom Cemetery at Cutshin. The family will receive friends for visitation after 6:00 P.M. - Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the church.
