Mrs. Betsy Gibson Muncy

Betsy Gibson Muncy, born January 31, 1947 in Leslie County, KY to the union of Clay and Mellie Rice Gibson. Betsy passed away Friday, August 20, 2010 at her residence. She was 63 years of age and was residing at 75 Spencer Branch Road, Big Creek, Kentucky at the time of her death. Betsy was a housewife and was affiliated with the Rocky Fork Church of God. She enjoyed looking at pictures, going to church, reading her Bible, and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed Sunday dinners after church. She is preceded in death by her parents, one son: Delbert Gibson, one brother: Bill Gibson, one sister: Stella Collins, and sister-in-law: Helen. Mrs. Betsy Gibson Muncy leaves the following relatives surviving: her husband: Arnold (Bunk) Muncy, two sons: Johnny Michael Gibson of London, KY, and Danny Gene Gibson (Gloria) of Big Creek, KY, one daughter: Belinda Wagers (Lonnie) of Big Creek, KY, two brothers: Gillis Gibson of London, KY, Charles Gibson (Sue) of California, 1 sister: Malvery Martin (Calvin), five grandchildren: Jennifer Renee Holland (Brian), Jessica Elizabeth Bowling, Eugenia Mckeshia Gibson, Melissa Murray, and Ricky Griffie, three great-grandchildren: Hailey Awna, Hunter Ashton, and Haiden Adam. Betsy leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends.
