Mrs. Ramona K. Woods

Romona K. Woods, age 72 of Oneida, Kentucky passed away on Friday November 18, 2011 at the Hyden Health & Rehab Nursing Home. She was a life long resident of Leslie County with the exception of living in Ohio. She was a homemaker and a former substitute school teacher. She enjoyed going to church and watching TV.She is preceded in death by her parents.She is survived by her devoted husband Charles Woods. Two sons David C. Woods of Cincinnati, Ohio and Phillip Lee Woods and wife Kelly of California. One brother, Luther Hensley of London, Kentucky, two grandchildren Elizabeth and Eleanor Woods along with a special aunt Dorthy Martin.A host of neices, nephews, and friends that mourn her passing.The family will receive friends at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home after 5:00 p.m Sunday . The funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Sunday in the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Wolfe and Rev. Jesse Martin officiating.Interment will follow at noon on Monday at the Woods Cemetery, Sizerock, Ky.
