Mr. Stanley Lewis

Stanley Lewis, born June 01, 1970 in Leslie County, KY to the union of Steve Lewis and the late Rosie Day Lewis. He departed this life on Friday, November 04, 2011 at his residence. He was 41 years, 5 months and 3 days of age and was residing at 8675 Hwy 421 Manchester, KY at the time of his passing. He was a life long resident of Leslie County with the exception of having lived in Manchester for a short time. He is preceded in death by his mother: Rosie Day Lewis and one sister: Julie Lewis.Mr. Stanley Lewis leaves the following relatives surviving: His father: Steve Lewis of Yeaddiss, KY, his wife: Phyllis Pennington Lewis of Manchester, KY, three sons: Justin Lewis of Dryhill, KY, Dustin "Dooter" Lewis of Yeaddiss, KY and Covie Lewis of Manchester, KY. 2 brothers: Randy and Doug Lewis of Bristol, TN. A host of other family and friends also survive his passing.
