Nancy Kilburn

Nancy Kilburn of Baker Fork Road, Yeaddiss, Kentucky, departed this life on Saturday, September 05, 2015 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center at the age of 58 years, 05 months, and 26 days. She was born March 09, 1957 in Wooton, Kentucky to the union of the late Harrison and Zella Mae Woods Kilburn. She was a life long resident of Leslie County and by occupation, Nancy was a house keeper. Nancy enjoyed reading, gardening and cooking. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her companion, Henry and her dog, Motley. Other than her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by brothers, Johnny Joseph and Bill Kilburn; nephew, Gil Frazier; friend: Helen Farley.

Nancy is survived by her loving & devoted companion: Henry Begley of Wooton, KY; three brothers: Blaine Kilburn (Alpha Jean) of Somerset, KY, Fred Kilburn (Sheila) of Wooton, KY and Harrison Kilburn, Jr. (Lori) of Hyden, KY; six sisters: Barbara Melton (Jerry) of Somerset, KY, Lula Clark of Hyden, KY, Mae Hurt of Hazard, KY, Freda Joseph (Donnie), Kathy Madden (Henry), and Vicky Barger (Larry), all of Wooton, KY; special friend: Chris Farley; A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, September 10, 2015 in the chapel of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow at the John R. Hendrix Cemetery at Wooton, KY. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M., Wednesday at the funeral home chapel.
