Nathaniel Dean Lewis of Thousandsticks, KY was born, April 25, 1980 in Kettering, OH to the union of Purl Lewis and the late Phyllis Welch Lewis.  He was united in marriage to Tracy Pennington on July 02, 2005.  Dean was a member of the Thousandsticks Volunteer Fire Department.  He enjoyed gaming, art, and playing music.  Dean had huge sense of humor, he was better known for his imitations and making people laugh.  Dean departed from this walk of life on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY.  He was 39 years old.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Lewis.

Dean leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Tracy Pennington Lewis of Thousandsticks, KY;  his beloved father, Purl Lewis and extended mother, Rose of Thousandsticks, KY;  father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and WIlma Pennington of Manchester, KY; brother-in-law, Elhanan Pennington; sister-in-law, Phyllis Lewis; extended sister & brother, Jallie Ann Harmon of Kenton Co., KY, and Marshall David Barger of Corbin, KY; special brothers, Michael Pruitt, Brandon McFerson, and Eric Morgan.  A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends survive.
