Interment: Will Day Cemetery – Smilax, Kentucky

Visitation: 6 p.m. – Thursday evening at the church.

Nick C. Williams

Mr. Nick C. Williams, 52, of Yeaddiss, Kentucky departed this walk of life on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center in Hazard, Kentucky.  Born November 23, 1966 in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of Bertha Williams and the late Elvin Williams.  Nick had been a life-long resident of Leslie County and by occupation was a former coal miner.  Nick was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and four-wheeler riding.  Most importantly, Nick enjoyed being involved in the lives of his family and friends.

Nick was preceded in death by his father, Elvin Williams.

Nick leaves behind, his beloved mother, Bertha Williams of Yeaddiss, KY; two daughters, Chasity Williams of Yeaddiss, KY, and Allison Williams of Georgetown, KY; wife, Angie Harris Williams; two brothers, Michael Williams of Big Laurel, KY, and Charles Ray Williams of Yeaddiss, KY; three sisters, Mallie Coots (Jackie) of Big Laurel, KY, Betty Sue Coots (Benny) of Big Laurel, KY, and Ida Pennington (Bill) of Wooton, KY;  one grandson, Jacob Shepherd, as well and one to be.
