Robert Lee Hacker

Robert Lee Hacker, 73, reached his eternal heavenly home on March 19, 2024 at his residence in Stinnett. He was born on May 25, 1950, in Leslie County, Kentucky where he resided his entire life. Robert married his loving and devoted wife of 54 years, Wanda Faye Hacker on April 11th, 1969. 

Robert dedicated his life to the Lord. He was the founder and pastor of Muncy Creek Holiness Church. Robert fulfilled his dedication by supporting other churches throughout various communities. He loved to preach, sing the gospel and play his guitar. 

Robert enjoyed spending most of his time outdoors.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, gardener and outdoorsman. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren; was respectfully referred to as "Papaw Cracker" by his grandchildren.  Robert enjoyed telling many folktales, and in a special way that only he could. 

Robert leaves behind the surviving family; Wife, Wanda Faye Hacker. Two sons; Steven (Tammy) Hacker and Wayne (Jennifer) Hacker. Nine Grandchildren; Tanielle Hacker, Kristen (Joe) Howard, Madison (Darrin) Feltner, Jareth (Morgan) Hacker, Courtney (Nick) Begley, Matt Hacker, Lexi (Brent) Smith, Trent Ratliff, and Cameron Pope. 

12 Great Grandchildren; Everleigh, Keira, Jayde, Trey, Tessa, Colton, Preston, Paisleigh, Kenadie, Payton, Trenton, Harmony. One surviving Brother: Riley Junior (Jean) Hacker. 

Also survived by other cherished family, friends, and church members. 

Robert was proceeded in death by his parents; Riley and Sophie (Roberts) Hacker. Two brothers; Charles Glenn Hacker and Kenneth Bert Hacker. Three sisters; Odett Mosley, Nora Jean Hacker and Anna Mae Roberts.  

Funeral services for Robert Lee Hacker will be held at 1 p.m. - Saturday March 23rd, 2024 at the Muncy Creek Holiness Church in Stinnett, KY with Eugene (Friday) Roberts, Jeffrey Hacker, Johnny Pace, Josh Coots, and Paul Mitchell officiating. 

Interment will follow above his home at the Robert Lee Hacker Memorial Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers:  Jareth Hacker, Trent Ratliff, Matt Hacker, Jamie Hacker, Joe Howard, Darrin Feltner and Nick Begley.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jeffery Hacker and Shannon Hacker. 

The family of Robert will receive friends from 6p.m. – until 9p.m., Friday evening at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
