Roxanne Mosley

Roxanne Mosley was born November 10, 1967 in Hyden, Kentucky to the union of the late James and Cassie Bowling Mosley.  She departed this life on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at the age 53 in Manchester, Ky.

Roxanne had been a life-long resident of Leslie County and was residing at Oneida, KY at the time of her passing. She was a former employee of IGA and the Frontier Nursing Service at Wendover.  She enjoyed music, traveling, cooking and staying up to date on current events.  She always liked to look good with her rings and makeup.  Above all, she enjoyed riding motorcycles.

Roxanne leaves surviving, her beloved son, Dalton Callahan of Hyden, Ky and one beloved daughter, Paula Mosley of Hyden, Ky; her paternal grandfather, Bill Bowling; her loving & devoted friend and companion, Cecil Gibson of Oneida, Ky; one sister Stella Howard of Hyden, Ky. A host of other family and friends also survive.

Funeral services for Roxanne Mosley will be held at 1:00 P.M. – Wednesday in the chapel of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Wolfe officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mosley Family Cemetery with Dalton Callahan, Richard Napier, Cecil Gibson, Nathan Asher, Kelley Gibson, Brandon Bowling, Phillip Asher and Jamie Howard serving as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends for visitation from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour at 1:00 P.M. – Wednesday at the funeral home chapel.
