Shari Campbell

Shari Campbell, age 43 wife of Herman Campbell of 212 Maggard Branch Road, Wooton, Ky passed away Saturday, October 01, 2011 at the Hazard Hospice Inpatient Unit. She was born in Leslie County, KY, the daughter of the Late Patricia Moore Rice and Jack Moore. She was a life long resident of Leslie County and by occupation she was a nurse aid, employed by the Eastern KY Veterans Center in Hazard, KY. Shari enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband Herman Campbell of Wooton. Her father, Jack Moore of Bowling Green, Ky.. Three Brothers Tommy Hopewell & wife Rhonda of Dryhill, Ky., Donnie Kistner of Hyden, Ky., Tony Moore and wife Audrey of Dryhill, Ky. Along with three sisters, Sharon Saylor and husband Leonard of Wooton, Ky., Kim Hall and Husband Michael of Wooton, Ky. Polly Ann Sizemore of Confluence, Ky.. She was preceded in death by her mother Patricia Moore Rice, Grandmother Elizabeth Newton, Mother-in-law Mildred Campbell, and Brother-in-law Rick Baker. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Wells officiating. Burial will follow in the Begley Cemetery, Dryhill, Ky. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday 6:00-10:00 P.M..
