Shellane "Granny T." Thomas Madden

Shellane "Granny T." Thomas Madden, age 54 of Spring Drive, Wooton, Kentucky, departed this walk of life on Thursday, November 05, 2015 at her residence. She was born March 22, 1961 in Leslie County, Kentucky to the union of the late Floyd and Alma Cole Thomas. Shellane was a life long resident of Leslie County. She was a homemaker and affiliated with the Church of Christ. Shellane enjoyed riding four-wheelers and spending time with friends. Other than her parents, Shellane is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Madden; one son, Joey Lee Thomas and one brother, Farrin Wayne Thomas.

Shellane leaves surviving, one brother, Stoney Thomas (Louise) of Wooton, KY; special niece, Trina Joseph of London, KY; special great- niece & nephew, Tristan and Alyssa Joseph; special friends, Maudie Jean Thomas of Wooton, KY and Liz Combs of Hazard, KY; A host of other friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, November 09, 2015 in the chapel of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Lee Melton officiating. Burial will follow in the Browning Cemetery at Wooton, KY. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home chapel.
