Stanley Hoskins

Stanley Hoskins, age 59, of Hyden, Kentucky, passed away Thursday at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Ky. He was born September 18, 1956 to the union of the late Edwin Pearl Hoskins and Margaret Sizemore Hoskins in Leslie County, Kentucky. By occupation, Stanley was a retired truck driver.

Stanley is preceded in death by, his parents, Edwin and Margaret Hoskins, brothers, Gary and Barry Hoskins, sister, Donna Roark, and step-son, Kenny Amos. Survivors include, one daughter, Jessica Hoskins of Hyden, Kentucky, step-daughter, Terri Fee (Arnold), sisters, Zelma Bowling (David) of Thousandsticks, Kentucky, Barbara Collett (Ancil) of Chavies, Kentucky, Debbie Smith (Larry) of Helton, Kentucky, and Lisa Bailey (Dale) of Essie, Kentucky, seven cherished grandchildren, Laryn Blevins, Tony Hoskins (Amanda), Kendra Blevins (Travis), Samantha Collins (Cain), Hailey Blevins, Noah McDaniel and Troy Blevins, two step-grandchildren, Jonah Fee, and Tim Amos; a host of other relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 10, 2016 at the Lower Middlefork Pentecostal Church of God, at 3:00 p.m. with Denver Brock, and Eugene "Friday" Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Albert Morgan Cemetery, Stinnett, Kentucky. The family will receive friends at the church Sunday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. funeral hour.
