Teresa (Cummins) Dunham

Teresa Dunham was born May 17, 1957 in Renfro Valley, Kentucky to the union of the late Harry and Cletis Cummins.  She was a 1975 graduate of Lee County High School and was the high school homecoming queen.  She was united in marriage to Ernest Dunham on September 09, 1994, in Somerset, KY.

Teresa was kind-hearted, she had an outgoing personality and was a friend to everyone.  She was a University of Kentucky basketball fan.  Teresa enjoyed reading and owned a library of books.  By occupation, Teresa worked many years at a pet store.  She had a vast knowledge of animals and had a genuine love for them.

Teresa departed this walk of life peacefully on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at her home in Brooksville, FL.  She was 65 years old.

Teresa is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her loving & devoted husband of 28 years, Ernest Dunham of Brooksville, FL and one beloved daughter, Jessica Newman (Rob White) of Louisville, KY.  Her beloved mother-in-law Virginia Wells of Stinnett, KY.  A host of other family and friends also survive.

The funeral service for Teresa Dunham will be held at 1p.m. – Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow the service at the Charles Hacker Cemetery at Stinnett, KY.

The family of Teresa Dunham will receive friends for visitation from 11a.m. until the service hour on Thursday at the funeral home chapel.
