Teretha Joan Brock

Teretha Brock, age 48 of Hyden, Kentucky daughter of Ray Brock and the late Nannie Short Brock passed away Wednesday November 24, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. She was affiliated with the New Hope Community Church, enjoyed music and watching song birds.  Teretha is survived by her loving father Ray Brock of Helton, Kentucky.  One son Dustin Blanton and wife Hannah Sorke of Tazewell, Tennessee, two daughters Elizabeth Akers of Harlan, Kentucky and Victoria Akers of Bledsoe, Kentucky .Six brothers Mckinley and Michelle Brock of Helton, Kentucky, Patrick and Regina Brock of Bledsoe, Kentucky, Dwight and Carolyn Brock of Laurel County, Kentucky, Ted and Rose Brock of Helton, Kentucky, Gary Brock of Helton, Kentucky and Boyd and Judy Brock of Jackson County, Kentucky. Two granddaughters Caroline and Laney also survive. Companion Pearl Hubbard of Leslie county, Kentucky.  She was preceded in death by her mother and one son Josh Nantz,

Services for Teretha Brock will be held at 1:00 pm - Monday, December 20, 2021 at the Dry Fork Holiness Church at Helton, KY with Ted Brock officiating.
