Funeral: 2 p.m. – Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Joe Lewis officiating.

Interment: Levi Coots Cemetery – Smilax, KY

Visitation: 6 – 9 p.m. – Tuesday evening at the funeral home chapel.

Our beloved son, brother, and friend Tim Coots passed away on September 13th, 2019.

Tim was born on July 1st, 1972 in Hyden Ky.

Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents Clarence and Mabel Coots and Uncles Scotty and Clarence Jr.  Coots.

He leaves behind his devoted mother Alma Coots Cornett, Stepdad Lowell Cornett, 2 Special sisters Melissa Day and Bailey Estep , Sister Tammy Shepherd, Brother-in -Law Kenny Shepherd , Nephews Dustin Shepherd (Sarah Shepherd) Chad Shepherd (Mackenzie Shepherd) Great Nieces  and nephews Marleigh Puckett, Leyton Puckett, Chesney Shepherd,Deacon Shepherd and Everly Shepherd.

Tim enjoyed the outdoors, fishing , nascar, and spending time with his family and friends.  He tried to keep his tires muddy as much as he could.  Those who knew Tim even a little bit never forgot his big smile and have some story to tell about the time they spent with him.   He was fiercely loyal  to his family and friends.  He was always ready at a moments notice to lend a helping hand. He was truly one of a kind that can never be replaced.  A soul that will never be forgotten and forever missed.
