T insley Collett, 70 of Hill Top Road, Essie, KY departed this life on Tuesday, October 02, 2018 at the Continue Care Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky.  Tinsley was born February 13, 1948 in Essie, Kentucky to the union of the late Woodard and Blanche Barrett Collett.  By occupation, Tinsley was a retired welder from the Jeff Boat in Jeffersonville, IN.  Tinsley enjoyed four-wheeling, Rabbit hunting and was an avid outdoorsman.

In addition to his parents, Tinsley was preceded in death by his siblings, Oscar, A.C., Bernard, Burgie, Thelma, and Vernie Collett.

Tinsley leaves behind, three sons, Russell Collett (Debbie), Auddie Collett, and Timmy Collett;  one daughter, Shonda Lewis (Denver);  two sisters, Mary Coomer, and Vadie Collett;  two grandchildren, Byron Collett (Sophie) and Addison Lewis;  significant other, Darlene Wagers;  A host of other relatives and friends also survive.

Arrangements are being handled under the direction of Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home.
