Toy Wayne Coots

Mr. Toy Wayne Coots was born April 20, 1978 in Hyden, Kentucky to the union of Ray and Linda Couch Coots.  Toy worked as a security guard and was a self-employed ATV mechanic. Toy was an avid ATV rider and enjoyed fishing, camping, attending races and cookouts.  Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Toy departed this walk of life on November 03, 2020 at the Salyersville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Salyersville, Kentucky.  Toy was 42 years old.

Toy was preceded in death by two brothers, Timmy Ray Coots and Brasley Lee Lewis, a sister, Tina Ray Coots and his paternal grandmother, Polly Jane Coots.

Toy leaves behind, his parents, Ray and Linda Couch Coots, two daughters, Melanie Nichole Coots of Leatherwood, KY and Shayla McKenna Coots of Wooton, KY. Special aunt & uncle, Wanda Watts and Martin Coots; one brother, Willard Watts & Misty; five sisters, Betty Couch & Mikey, Debra Jones & Robbie, Polly Coots & Doug, Brittany Osborne & Bobby and Felicia Watts;  special nieces & nephews, Kirsten Couch, Kourtney Couch, Hayden Couch, Kason Mize, Hunter Sweet and Easton Osborne.

Funeral services for Toy Wayne Coots will be held at 12 Noon, Monday, November 09, 2020 at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Kilburn officiating.  Interment will follow at the Coots Cemetery at Yeaddiss, Kentucky.  The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m., Sunday evening at the funeral home chapel.
