Vivian Callahan

Vivian Bernice Hendrix Callahan, was born November 04, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio, to the union of William L. Hendrix and the late Nellie Feltner Hendrix. Vivian departed this walk of life on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at her residence. She was 51 - years, 03 - months, and 09 - days of age at the time of her passing. She was a caregiver and enjoyed crocheting, four-wheeling, spending time out doors and spending time with her grandchildren. Vivian is preceded in death by: her mother: Nellie Feltner Hendrix; father of her children: James Callahan; brother: Charlie Hendrix; 4 infant sisters and 1- infant brother. Vivian leaves surviving the following relatives: Father: William L. Hendrix of Georgetown, KY; 2 - sons: James Callahan (Kathy) of Wooton, KY and J.B. Callahan (Veronica) of Yeaddiss, KY; 2 - daughters: Heather Hall (Billy) of Neon, KY and Marilyn Couch (Steven) of Slemp, KY; 2 - brothers: William Dixon of Hazard, KY and Chester Dixon (Neva) of CA; 1 - sister: Laura Sue Gross (Clayton) of Yeaddiss, KY; 12 - grandchildren, 2 - great-grandchildren and a host of other family & friends also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home chapel with Eugene Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Farmer Gross Cemetery at Yeaddiss, KY. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M., Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the funeral home chapel.
